Coach Prime’s intentions are marked by a path of loaves, talk so straight you could hang a shelf from it.Then again, what do you give the coach who has everything? That’s the $10 million question.“Maybe,” Urban Meyer, the Fox Sports analyst and former win-everything dude at Ohio State, Florida and Utah, told me recently. Then he laughed.“But, you know, it’s probably more money than that.”Sanders dropped a few more loaves earlier this week when it was reported that CU’s first-year coach had trademarked a bunch of catch phrases — a whole mess of his greatest hits.“Give Me My Theme Music?” Yep.“We Keep Receipts?” That’s there, too.Right next to “It’s Personal,” and “We Here,” and “Prime Effect.”Say what you will about Prime’s ego, but the back of the trading card has almost always backed it up. Forwards Oskar Lindblom, Ryan Carpenter, and Jacob Peterson all cleared NHL waivers Saturday and will now report to the San Jose Barracuda, the Sharks’ AHL affiliate.Lindblom, Carpenter, and Peterson were all waived by the Sharks on Friday, giving other NHL teams an opportunity to put in a claim for one or more of them and potentially add them to their rosters. With the 31 other NHL teams now passing, the trio now joins a Barracuda team that opens its regular season next Friday at home against the Rockford IceHogs. The Barracuda also plays an exhibition game against the Bakersfield Condors tonight, but Lindblom, Carpenter, and Peterson will not play.If nothing else, by having all three remain in San Jose, the Sharks now enjoy some greater organizational depth up front should injuries begin to affect the NHL club.Of the three forwards, Peterson might have been the likeliest to get claimed because of his production last season and relatively inexpensive salary cap hit.Peterson, 24, was...South Africa sets World Cup batting records in 102-run win over Sri Lanka.
